Easy 4WD
Dirt roads and tracks allow the Maxxis to really shine. The Prado can be really punted along and the tyres just hang on. The BFG Muddies would hang on for a bit then suddenly let go, ut not the Maxxis. The wide tread voids really aid in traction.
Hard 4WD
Now here’s where the Maxxis really shine. With the drought in Victoria and as a result of the recent fires, a lot of the tracks have been recently bulldozed, leaving a loose rubbly surface. These tyres have awesome grip, even on the most steep sections.
In mud the story is the same. The grip is great and if the mud does start to clog, then simply apply more revs to spin the tyres and all the mud will spit out.

I have put almost 20,000 miles on my ATVs. Purchased a set of Bighorn radials for my 2003 Honda Rincon, tires have over 8,000 miles on them and still have usable tread. I have never had ATV tires run more than about 4,000 miles before these. These tires give great traction for utility use. Thanks Maxxis for selling an outstanding product.

Anyone who rides all kinds of varried terrain, you need a set of Big Horns.
These radial tires are the smoothest riding atv tires. They have increadible traction for hill climbing and are the best rock tires made. They do great in sand and snow, and they do nicely in moderate mud. I can't say enough good things about these Big Horns. I got 25" BH's for my '05 Honda Rancher 350. Well worth the money, and they are supposed to last and last. Highly recommended.

I bought a Honda Rancher 350 2x4 with Mudbugs on the rear axle. took it to colorado hunting & I kept up with & went everywhere the 4x4's went; I am very well pleased with the tire.

I have to say this tire is the best all around atv tire you can buy. I've ridden atv's for many years and tried several types of other brand tires. The Bighorn will get you through the most rocky terain and out of those sticky situations as well without a problem. Just as important, a superb smooth ride and quality you can count on. Thanks for making a truly great tire for almost any condition.

I own a 2006 Polaris Predator Troy Lee Edition. I recently bought The R2's for the rear before I went on quad rally in central Alberta. The tires handled beautifuly. Some of the stuff I went through, 4x4's couldn't get through. I am exteremely impressed with them and I'm planning to buy them again in the future.

I have a 06 honda foreman that i put the 27" Bighorns on. These are excellent tires. I have so far been able to follow my dad through the mud with his mud lites and out perform him in ride comfort and on the rocks. Thank you for this extraordinary tire.
