Bonds 2nd at WORCS Round 9
10/01/2008Charging toward the lead for the title, Bobby Bonds racked up another strong performance in the WORCS series. Bonds took his sixth second place finish of the season at Round 9, held September 19-21 in Milford, California.
The top privateer pro in the series, Bonds is just four points from the overall lead going into the season’s final race. Bonds rode Maxxcross SI front and rear at Round 9, taking advantage of their excellent traction, straight-line stability and aggressive cornering.
“The final round of WORCS promises to be an exciting one,” said Mark Wilson, manager of Maxxis’ specialty department. “We are ecstatic to see Bobby challenging for the championship.”
