Chris Borich took his seventh XC1 Pro win of the year at the GNCC’s Round 10, tightening his hold on the series’ lead. Maxxis took the top four spots at GNCC Unadilla, held September 12 in New Berlin, New York.

Determined to net another victory, Borich grabbed the lead in the last lap. "I really wanted to win today; I wasn't just coming here to score points. I had a lot of friends and family out here cheering me on,” he told cyclingnews.com. “We were battling hard and everyone was riding well, but the Suzuki worked awesome."

Maxxis’ Brandon Sommers rode Razrs to second place after holding the lead for much of the race, with defending champ Bill Ballance in third place after initially taking the holeshot. Taylor Kiser rounded out the top four for Maxxis, and Donald Ockerman took sixth place, with Bryan Cook in seventh.

Maxxis congratulates Chris Borich on his victory and thanks all of its riders for their fine performances.
