Maxxis 9th on Tire Business’ Global Tire Company Rankings
8/27/2012Continuing its progress toward the goal of becoming one of the world’s top tire companies, Maxxis International has advanced to ninth place on Tire Business’ 2012 Global Tire Company Rankings.
Tire Business based Maxxis’ new, higher ranking on global sales of US$4.2 billion in 2011. In previous years, the company has placed tenth on the list. The new rankings were released August 27.
Its gains in the global ranking of tire companies are the result of a consistent strategy pursued by Maxxis over the past several years. The company has emphasized trust, service and quality throughout its worldwide operations since the introduction of the Maxxis Triple 3 philosophy in 2010.
Maxxis thanks its customers, suppliers and supporters, and commends the hard work and dedication of its more than 22,000 employees around the world, who have made its success possible.
