Pinfold 2nd at Tour of Missouri Stage 7
9/14/2009With a little help from his teammates, Andrew Pinfold of OUCH Presented by Maxxis took second place in the final stage of the Tour of Missouri. The Tour was held September 7-13 at sites throughout the state.
OUCH/Maxxis’ Karl Menzies and Tim Johnson both assisted Pinfold during the contest’s last three kilometers. Teammate John Murphy joined Pinfold in Stage 7’s top ten, taking seventh place.
Other OUCH/Maxxis riders also did well during the week. Brad White took the Most Aggressive Rider jersey with his performance in Stage 4, while Rory Sutherland was sixth in the overall general classification and took tenth place in Stage 5. Murphy took ninth in Stage 1 and sixth in Stage 3, with Pinfold in ninth place.
