Adding another major victory to an already stellar season, Geoff Kabush won the Canada Cup, held August 16 in Whistler, British Columbia. 

Along with another rider, the legendary Maxxis champion peeled away from the pack in the first lap. An attack by Kabush several laps later gave him an insurmountable lead, and he won by a 26-second margin in 1:37:32. The Scott-3Rox rider is on a winning streak; he took his eighth Canadian national title in July with a victory at the Canadian National XC Championships.
