Responsibilities
- Build relationships with customers to aggressively grow revenues in new markets
- Maintain close relationships with our current customer base
- Consistently identify growth opportunities
- Implement business plans for assigned accounts and manage projects
- Ensure reporting, procedures, and communication levels are maintained within company guidelines
- Prepare sales information and materials for customers
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, distribution, and supply chain management to ensure the successful coordination of customer activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Working knowledge of applications within SAP and Microsoft Office preferred
- 3+ years of customer service experience in the automotive/tire industry
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- Knowledge of the automotive/tire industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated independent thinker with strong analytical skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects
