Maxxis Hosts Atlanta Gamble Premiere

Fans of mountain biking and craft beer gathered Friday night for the Atlanta premiere of Gamble, the Maxxis-sponsored film that features some of the sport’s best riders conquering trails all over the world. Gamble has been eagerly anticipated for months by mountain biking fans.

The film brings together Greg Minnaar, Steve Peat, Connor Fearon, Mark Wallace, Josh Bryceland, Phil Atwill, Craig Evans, Brook McDonald, Loic Bruni, Sam Blenkinsop, and Finn Iles for thrills and a few spills as they navigate infamously challenging trails. Filmed in Portugal, South Africa, Argentina, New Zealand, and Canada, Gamble is narrated by Alan Ford, best known for his roles in the hit films Snatch and Lock, Stock, and Two Smoking Barrels.

Maxxis hosted more than 250 fans, some of whom who rode their bikes to the event, at Monday Night Garage, a craft brewery in Atlanta’s historic West End. With beer on tap and catering from Taqueria del Sol, the crowd was captivated and watched the approximately 45-minute film in awe. “We were really pleased with how the evening went, and we’re sure that Gamble is going to be hugely popular,” said Joey Schoenfeld, bicycle marketing coordinator at Maxxis.

Gamble is now available on iTunes, Vimeo on Demand, and Google Play, and was produced by Steel City Media and Creative Concept. To see the trailer, click here.
