Several tire tests have recently been published in which different Maxxis tires have achieved a good score. In the ADAC summer tire test 2019 for passenger cars, the Maxxis Mecotra scored 3 comparable to well-known A brands. In the ADAC van test, the Maxxis MCV3 + even achieved a better result than several A-brands. The German magazine Autozeitung has also tested tires for passenger cars. The Maxxis HP5 achieved a podium place in it!

Autozeitung
Autozeitung magazine has tested 10 different tires, in size 235 / 45R18. The tires have been tested on several points, including the braking distance on dry and wet roads. The Maxxis HP5 scored very well in this tire test. Our tire is described as ‘comparable to the number 1 and 2, but cheaper’. View the full test .

ADAC
Also the German ADAC has tested summer tires , in size 185 / 65R15. In the passenger car category, the Maxxis Mecotra 3 was the only tire to score ‘very good’ in terms of fuel consumption. The ADAC has also tested tires in the van category. The Maxxis MCV3 + came out positively in this, especially on the wear part. The band is classified in the ‘midfield’ by the ADAC. Watch the test .
