MAXXIS 2024 CHAMPIONS – SEASON ROUND UP
We are reflecting on some of the MXGB riders supported by Maxxis over 2024 and celebrating their successes. These are just a few of the many riders supported by Maxxis UK distributor, Bickers, and each and every one of them will be dedicated to their sport putting in hours of practice and then the weekends of events; while we are featuring a select few we salute and thank each and every one of them for their dedication, energy and enthusiasm.
The Maxxis MXGP race winning family comprises of 4 tyres for every ground condition, the MX-ST+ front excels with every rear, the MX-SM for sand and mud, the MX-ST+ for soft-intermediate to semi- hard and the new MX-MH for hard conditions. Supporting the GP range is the legendary Maxxcross range for a truly inspiring clubman tyre.
CAS VALK – MX2 BRITISH CHAMPION – TEAM GABRIEL SS24 KTM

Cas earned a full set of podiums over the season starting early doors by taking second in the Dutch Masters 250 Championship in April. It was a very close run championship on his home soil and frustratingly he was just a single point below the winner! In September he brought home the bronze in the European EMX 250 Championship. Also in September he got to the top as winner of the MXGB MX2 Championship 2024. Cas is moving on to pastures new in 2025 and we would like to wish him the best of luck for the 2025 season.
JOSH VAIL – 125CC BRITISH CHAMPION – TEAM SJP MOTO

Adding to his success in the BW85 in 2023, Josh’s rookie season in the 125 class resulted in two championship wins – the MXGB 125 Youth and the ACU British 125 Open Championship. Josh’s results come from lots of hard work and dedication and he deserves every success.
ARTHUR MOORE – SW 85CC BRITISH CHAMPION – PRIVATEER

Despite an injury early in the year, two championship wins made for an excellent 2024 season! Arthur competed in the SW85 class in 2024 winning the class in both the British Youth MX and the British Masters MX championships. On top of this he won a round at the Scottish MX when he popped in and won a round in the BSMA at Hawkestone and it’s likely that we have missed some of his successes over the year. This young man is one to watch as he moves up to the BW85 class for 2025.
