Maxxis riders win at the UCI MTB World Cup

Maxxis riders dominated in the ‘Elite Men’s’ category in this month’s downhill leg of the UCI Mountain Biking World Cup, with Troy Bronson, Greg Minnaar and Danny Hart racing their way to the top three podium positions. The boys weren’t the only ones securing strong results, as Maxxis rider Beatrice Migliorini also bagged herself a podium place.

The latest round of the Mountain Biking World Cup took place in Vallnord, Andorra in light rain, but that didn’t stop Troy Bronson from the Canyon Factory team grabbing first place from the rest of the riders. Greg Minnaar from Santa Cruz Syndicate finished 2nd, while Danny Hart of the Mondraker team secured his best result of the year with a strong third position, and looking like he was returning to his best after a slow start to the season.

Meanwhile in the ‘Women’s Junior’ category, Beatrice Migliorini won 3rd place riding as part of the Mondraker team. She beat her closest competitor, Samantha Kingshill, by just over 30 seconds to finish with a time of 6:14.520.
