Like most large companies, Maxxis started small. Maxxis International started in 1967 in Taiwan as a manufacturer of bicycle tires. Maxxis has steadily grown into what it is today: the largest manufacturer of bicycle tires in the world.

In the following decades, Maxxis opened up new markets by offering tires for motorcycles, passenger cars, 4WDs, light commercial vehicles, trucks, buses, ATVs, lawnmowers, race karts, industrial vehicles and trailers.

But no matter how big Maxxis gets, the people behind Maxxis will never forget its main goal: to create and maintain a lifelong relationship with the customer.
