Distribution Assistant (IN)

[ Whitestown, IN ]

Maxxis International, the U.S. division of a global tire manufacturer, is seeking a Distribution Assistant at our Distribution Center located in Whitestown, IN.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the preparation of orders for shipment
  • Process orders in SAP and transfer information to carriers’ system
  • Prepare customs documents for international orders
  • Review weekly invoices for accuracy

Qualifications:

  • One (1) year of administrative, clerical or shipping experience in a warehouse/distribution center environment required
  • Experience working with SAP or other Warehouse Management System (WMS) preferred
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
