Office Assistant

  • Professionally answer and transfer incoming calls
  • Process incoming and outgoing company mail and courier packages
  • Process visitors and maintain entrance security
  • Process and verify eStore orders and package/prepare shipping labels
  • Arrange internal and external events such as company lunches, holiday events, employee appreciation activities, etc.
  • Assist with maintaining updated information on company notice boards, internal SharePoint site
  • Assist with facility upkeep and maintenance, including spot cleaning, liaising with vendors, managing keys, etc.
  • Facility and office supplies procurement and management
  • Prepare accurate minutes, correspondences, reports and other documents
  • Maintain an effective filing system for hard/softcopy letters, reports, minutes, and other documents
  • Coordinate virtual and in-person meetings for team members
  • Manage company contact list and other company directories
  • Assist and support the Manager of Administration
  • Other administrative duties as assigned

  • 1+ years’ experience in an administrative role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
