Kevin Aiello took the USA Cycling Pro GRT Championship with 193 points, 63 more than the next men’s rider. Aiello sealed his hold on the title with a second-place performance September 23 at the Kamikaze Bike Games in Mammoth Lakes, California. 

The KHS rider finished the Kamikaze event just a little over two seconds behind the day’s winner. Aiello moved from third place into first in the series’ standings at the previous Pro GRT race in July.
