NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. The Maxxis RAZR Tire Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is open to legal U.S. citizens who are 18 years or older at the time of entry and have a valid shipping address within the continental United States. Void where prohibited by law.
1. Giveaway Overview:
Maxxis is giving away one set of four RAZR tires of the winner's choice from the following models: RAZR HT, RAZR AT, RAZR AT-S, or RAZR MT. The winner will be chosen by random drawing. The maximum tire size available for selection is up to a 37" tire.
2. How to Enter:
To enter, participants must visit the registration form on the Maxxis website at maxxis.com/us/seaotter during the registration window.
3. Registration Period:
The registration period will begin on April 10th, 2025 at 12:00 AM (PDT) and end on April 13th, 2025 at 11:59 PM (PDT).
4. Eligibility:
The Giveaway is open only to legal U.S. citizens who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry and have a valid shipping address in the continental United States. Employees of Maxxis, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
5. Winner Selection:
One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the registration window. The random drawing will take place after the registration period ends.
6. Winner Notification:
The winner will be notified by email within seven (7) days after the registration period ends (on or about April 20th, 2025). If the winner does not respond within five (5) days of notification, an alternate winner may be selected.
7. Prize:
The prize consists of one (1) set of four (4) RAZR tires of the winner's choice from the following models: RAZR HT, RAZR AT, RAZR AT-S, or RAZR MT. The maximum tire size available for selection is up to a 37" tire. The prize is non-transferable and no substitution is allowed, except at the sole discretion of Maxxis.

11. Governing Law:
The Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. All disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of California.
