Ultra 4 athlete Jeff McCullough, a new face to the Maxxis community competes in the premier 4400 class. Starting out at an early age, Jeff took on racing motocross winning an AMA district 9 championship! Growing near the age of 16 the passion for two wheels quickly turned into a passion for four wheels; working on his own truck and creating an award-winning show vehicle at NOPI nationals would boost his career in the off-road environment. Feeding off his passion, Jeff dived straight into the business world opening what is now the largest off-road shop in the Southeast “Allsouth Autosports”. Locally to the Suwanee, GA area and just around the corner from the Maxxis Tires Headquarters.
The fuel to race, however, was still circulating in the McCullough blood, so in 2012 the first straight axle buggy would be purchased and put through the paces. Originally used personally and for fun, it was only a matter of time until the competitive nature took back over. The following year Jeff would enter the Southeast district “Dirt Riot” series and in the very first year of racing took home the unlimited pro class title qualifying him for the “Dirt Riot” nationals. By placing within the top 6 people, Jeff was then invited to the famous King of the Hammers in 2014.
Over the years a newer more advanced, single seat IFS (Independent Front Suspension) 4400 class vehicle would be picked up, allowing Jeff to enter the top tier class of a more advanced racing league Ultra4. With a brand-new race buggy, Jeff would qualify within the top 10 at Ultra4 nationals 2017 for King of the Hammers 2018! This year Maxxis Tires athlete Jeff McCullough will battle to the front, with total victory in mind!
