Maxxis Continues Off-Road Support with Best in the Desert Maxxis Tires Silver State 300

People who feel most alive when they’re outdoors and off-road know that Maxxis makes the tires they can rely on for performance and durability, even in the most rugged terrain. That’s why it’s so fitting that for the fourth year in a row, Maxxis, a company with an off-road racing heritage that goes back decades, is sponsoring a Best in the Desert race. This season, it’s the Maxxis Tires Silver State 300, set for April 26-27. The brutal course will begin just north of Alamo, Nevada.

Dustin “Battle Axe” Jones certainly agrees that Maxxis makes the off-road tires to beat: 2023’s Silver State 300 champion for both UTV Production Turbo and the overall will defend his titles on Maxxis RAZR XTs. Jones knows that for UTVs, quads, motorcycles and trucks, Maxxis tires deliver for the off-road enthusiast.

But Maxxis’ support of off-road athletes extends beyond its sponsored pros. Grassroots and amateur riders can take advantage of the Maxxis tire pre-order program, available exclusively for Best in the Desert athletes. Racers who wish to ride Maxxis can pre-order their tires two weeks in advance and pick them up at the race. And athletes in multiple series are already benefiting from Maxxis’ generous contingency program, which this year is offering a potential total of $500,000 in cash awards. (Terms and conditions apply.)

Lucky fans who gather for the race can seek out the Maxxis support truck, where they can grab some Maxxis swag, get advice on tires and maybe even catch a glimpse of their favorite Maxxis-sponsored athlete. So whether you’re an enthusiastic spectator or an athlete ready to compete, we’ll look forward to seeing you there!
