Bryceland Wins Windham World Cup DH

After a decisive victory in the Windham World Cup downhill race, Josh Bryceland leads World Cup Elite Men’s downhill standings. The downhill Windham World Cup was held August 9 in Windham, New York.

Bryceland began the event on a winning note by qualifying fastest the day before. His winning run in the main race made him “the star of the day” according to cyclingnews.com. “It was pretty smooth. It’s such a short track – you have to ride aggressively. I don’t really like doing that but it seems to have paid off,” he told cyclingnews.com.

The World Cup win was Bryceland’s second of the season. The Santa Cruz Syndicate rider has 1007 World Cup points to date this season, and a lead of 43 points over the second-place rider.

Maxxis congratulates Josh Bryceland on his victory.
