Maxxis Drivers Dominate Championship Off-Road Rounds 3 & 4
Maxxis dominated the latest Championship Off-Road rounds, with Jimmy Henderson and Mickey Thomas taking wins in Pro 4, Jeb Bootle and Code St. Peter each sweeping their SxS classes, and athletes including Keegan Kincaid, Nick Byng, Drake Mittag and Billy Buth earning podiums, Maxxis dominated the latest Championship Off-Road rounds. Rounds 3 and 4, the Antigo Off-Road National, were held May 30-31 at the Langlade County Motorplex in Antigo, Wisconsin.

Henderson, the current Pro 4 points leader with 214, took a hard-won victory Saturday at Round 3, while Thomas won the class the following day. With 183 points, Thomas is second in the class. Both athletes rode Maxxis RAZR AT tires to the top of the podium.
Also leading his class in points (with 200), is Bootle, who outfitted his vehicle with Maxxis MSC1 tires. Bootle, who’s in his first year as a Maxxis-sponsored rider, won Round 3’s Pro SxS race and turned in a very good performance for third place at Round 4.

St. Peter rode Maxxis MSC1 tires to victory at both Pro Am SxS rounds, and is also first in the class with 203 points.
Super Stock Truck points leader Byng earned second place at Round 3: “Saturday was dusty, and in spots it was a slick track, but the Maxxis Bravo A/Ts had no problem hooking up. Out of a 16-truck field, I took home a second-place finish. Unfortunately, Sunday we had a few issues and ended up finding an unforgiving tractor tire. But I would fight my way through the field to take a sixth place finish out of the 16-truck field.” Byng has 191 points to date for the season.

Running RAZR AT tires, defending Pro 2 champion Kincaid took podium spots at both rounds, with third place at Round 3 and second place at Round 4. Kincaid is second in Pro 2 points, just three points from first place.

Buth is first in points for the Pro Buggy class with 195 and took second place at Round 3 and fourth place the following day. He trusted Maxxis RAZR AT-S tires for both rounds.
Filling in for Connor Barry, Mittag earned second place in Pro Lite at Round 3. Like Buth, he ran RAZR AT-S tires.
Peyton Weisbrod rode Maxxis Ceros tires to second place at both Youth SxS rounds, and she leads the class in points with 185.

Maxxis Sponsorship and Sales Specialist Rossy De La Cruz said, “Weekends like Antigo make me proud to be part of the Maxxis family, as I am every day. Watching our athletes battle for wins, overcome challenges and celebrate podium finishes is what racing is all about. We are grateful for the trust our racers place in Maxxis, and we look forward to continuing to support them as they chase championships throughout the season.”
The next Championship Off-Road rounds, the Forest County Potawatami Brush Run Speed Festival, are scheduled for June 19-21 at Crandon International Raceway in Crandon, Wisconsin.
