Johnny and C.J. Greaves, Kyle Hart Win Again at TORC

Maxxis drivers owned the podium again at the latest rounds of TORC, with the father and son Greaves duo taking wins in Pro 4 and Pro 2 Friday night, and Kyle Hart taking a Pro Lite win Saturday. Rounds 3 and 4 of the TORC series were held June 10-11 in Chicago, Illinois.

As the Pro 4 race commenced Friday night, Johnny Greaves had a rough time with the slick track. By the middle of the race, however, he had found his footing. Greaves made steady progress, eventually taking the lead and the win. Fellow Maxxis-sponsored driver Chad Hord took fourth place, with Maxxis’ title-sponsored driver C.J. Greaves in fifth.

The Pro 2 race gave C.J. his own turn on the podium. The younger Greaves dominated the race, taking the lead in the first lap and holding it through the finish line.

At Round 4 the next day, Hart seized the lead in the second lap and never looked back. The victory, his third of the season’s four races to date, increased his overall points lead to 24. C.J. Greaves took second place in both Pro 4 and Pro 2 Saturday, while Johnny made the Pro 4 podium in third place.

Maxxis congratulates Johnny Greaves, C.J. Greaves and Kyle Hart on their victories, and thanks them again for choosing the brand of champions.
