Rider on ecargo bike

Historically, Maxxis’ R&D has always produced tires that meet the needs of a changing market. As the market for E-Cargo bikes has expanded in Europe, the need for tires which can carry heavier loads at faster speeds is also increasing, so Maxxis is meeting the moment with the ECE-R75-certified Metroloads Pro. The Metroloads Pro was designed with a focus on three key attributes: eco-friendliness, durability and high load-bearing capacity. Made from recycled fishing nets and recycled rubber materials to reduce environmental impact and featuring wear-resistant rubber and an optimized tread design, the Metroloads Pro has a 20% longer lifespan. The diamond pattern and drainage grooves decrease slipping, while puncture-resistant technology increases both rider safety and durability, and a high-rigidity tire structure enables secure load-carrying.
