Maxxis Receives Excellent Performance, Commodity Leader Awards from Subaru of Indiana

Maxxis representative received an award from Subaru.

For the third straight year, Maxxis International – USA has been recognized by Subaru of Indiana (SIA) with two awards. Maxxis was honored with both the Excellent Performance and Commodity Leader awards for 2022.

SIA recognized 22 companies from its pool of nearly 260 suppliers this year. Maxxis was one of just six companies to receive both a Performance award and a Commodity Leader award.

Excellent Performance awards recognize achievement of SIA targets for safety, quality, cost and delivery, and Commodity Leader awards are given to the top-scoring supplier in the commodity category. Bradley Friedrichsen, assistant distribution manager for Maxxis’ Indiana facility, accepted the awards on behalf of Maxxis at a ceremony earlier this month.

“Maxxis is very grateful to Subaru for this recognition and for our partnership. Every day, we work hard to exceed Subaru’s expectations by delivering high-quality tire products for Subaru vehicles, and the knowledge that we are succeeding is a reward in itself. I also want to thank all the employees whose efforts made these awards possible,” said Maxxis International – USA Vice President of Operations Andy Lee.

“In a supply chain environment that has continued to prove challenging, we’re thrilled to celebrate these 22 distinguished suppliers that have separated themselves by reliably providing high quality parts and excellent customer service,” said Scott Brand, executive vice president at SIA.
